The Dr. called her "perfect" which made me happy, BUT she's started falling on the weight curve. The Dr. said it could be because she has been "cruising" quite a bit and babies usually lose some weight once they start trying to walk. When we went for a weight check in April, she weighed 15 lbs. 15 oz. At this visit in May, she weighed 15 lbs. 10 oz. The Dr. is not overly concerned about her weight, but she wants to get her headed in the right direction which is gaining weight. She is now 28 in. long as compared to 25 3/4 in. at her 6 month checkup, and her head had grown too which is good. So, she is growing, but her weight just isn't climbing at the moment. We are working on her eating habits. She's always been a good eater, but she's able to eat new things now, beginning to eat more at her meals, and also having snacks now. It's fun to watch her try new foods. Today she tried YoBaby yogurt for the first time. The Dr. recommended adding it as a snack to add some calories and a little more fat to her diet. Here are a few pictures of her trying that today.

Drew is a skinny girl too. She is something like 36in. tall and only weighs 23lbs. I don't think she is even on the chart for her weight. We even have to go back for a weight check in July... that always makes you feel good. The funny thing is the girl eats like a horse. I don't know what else to do?! I don't think they want me to feed her junk all the time! Some babies are just small... and that is okay. Drew used to like that YOBaby yogurt. Andi is so cute and perfect!!
